IF YOU CAN IMAGINE IT, WE CAN CREATE IT!

A little about us…

My name is Ken Marple and I have been a full time  Farrier/ Blacksmith since 1994.   Working with metal and fire has taken me in many directions.  I have enjoyed  making knives and watching glowing  metal twist and conform into many things.   I have made  hand forged fire place tools and other items with horseshoes, of course.  Being creative with my hands, working in the forge, welding,  and now, using the plasma table to cut steel gives me endless opportunities to create one of a kind functional and decorative pieces of art.

My most recent adventure with metal was starting Remuda Custom Metal Works  in 2017 after purchasing a 4x4 plasma table.  We have the ability to cut through 1 inch material and take pride in offering quick turn around for our customers at competitive prices.  We enjoy working  with our customers to design anything from unique art pieces, signs, furniture, fire pits as well as industrial fabrications such as stairs, brackets, and more.

Let us take your inspirations and create a one of a kind piece for you, or choose from any of our in-house designs to add distinction and charm to your home, ranch, or office.  If you can imaginie it, Remuda Custom Metal Works will help you bring your designs to life with color!

TODAY’S DESIGN

MADE TO LAST

FOR THE  FUTURE…

The process for finishing   our raw steel cutouts with beautiful colors  happens in a four step process.  First, the cutout is polished with a grinder.  Followed by a coating of copper plating, and finished with the rainbow torch effect.   This is how we get the reds, blues and greens that look as if they are produced by the application of intense torch heat.  Lastly, we apply  a tough, durable clear coating that will seal and protect the metal from fading and corrosion.  There are other  finishes available.
